At VenXoX, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our community. However, because our services involve the delivery of immediate digital access and consumable virtual items, we must maintain clear guidelines regarding refunds.
By making a purchase on VenXoX, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Consumable "Sparks"
Purchases of virtual currency or consumable items (such as "Sparks" or "Boosts") are generally non-refundable. Once these items are credited to your account, they are considered used or available for use, and we cannot verify whether they have been "consumed" in a way that allows for a refund.
If you have purchased Sparks but they have not appeared in your account due to a technical error, please contact support immediately.
Premium Access
Subscriptions (such as VenXoX Premium) are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Standard Policy
General dissatisfaction with the Service or failure to find a match are not grounds for a refund. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription month if you decide to cancel mid-cycle.
Statutory Rights (EU/UK/Other Jurisdictions)
If you reside in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific consumer protection laws, you may have a statutory right to a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started using the premium features. Once you use a premium feature (e.g., sending a priority DM), you waive this withdrawal right.
When We Do Refund
We will consider refund requests in the following limited scenarios:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same item or subscription.
- Technical Failure: If you paid for a service that was never delivered due to a confirmed platform error.
- Fraudulent Activity: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made (subject to verification).
The Process
The method for requesting a refund depends on how you made the purchase:
Apple App Store
Apple handles all billing for purchases made through iOS. We cannot issue refunds for these directly. You must visitreportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play Store
For Android users, you can request a refund through the Google Play Store help center or by contacting us at billing@venxox.com with your Google Order ID (GPA.XXXX).
Direct Credit Card / Web Purchases
Contact billing@venxox.com with your transaction details and the reason for your request.
Stopping Future Payments
Canceling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
