Binding Agreement

Welcome to VenXoX ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms include our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated here by reference.

Who Can Use VenXoX

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on VenXoX and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
• You have never been convicted of a felony or a sex crime.
• You have not been previously banned from VenXoX.

Your Identity

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to verify your identity through third-party services to maintain the integrity of the community.

The Vibe Pact

VenXoX is built on mutual respect and authentic energy. By using the Service, you agree to follow the "Vibe Pact":

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate any other user.
• Post any content that is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes, including spam and solicitation.
• Create more than one account without our written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Your Content, Your Voice

You own all the content and information you post on VenXoX. However, to provide the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display your content in connection with the Service.

We have the right to remove any content that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Premium Features and "Sparks"

VenXoX offer certain premium features ("Premium Services") and virtual items ("Sparks") for purchase.

Subscription Renewals

Subscribed services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at our then-current rates unless you cancel them through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Taxes

All prices quoted for the Service include any applicable sales taxes unless stated otherwise.

Ending the Connection

You may delete your account at any time within the app settings. Upon deletion, your profile will be removed from the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Usage at Your Own Risk

VENXOX PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Legal Resolution

These Terms and any dispute related to the Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VenXoX is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding related to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
